Whew!

We have been so busy! On a more personal note, we began new construction on our home about 60 days ago and it is almost complete! Between shoots and picking out fans the hours in the day are limited!
Here are a few from an e-session with Jessi and Josh. These two were so much fun. We just laughed and laughed!

Meet Jordan. Such a great guy. Baseball player and fine young man. His mom came with us and watching the two of them interact made me long to have that same connection with my sons and made me run home and get in the floor and play with them while they are still my little babes!

We met up with Jessica last Saturday and headed on ova to a be-u-t-ful field of flowers then a field then some mail boxes then a broke-down shack and had the best time! Congrats Jessica class of 2010!

WOW! What a beautiful wedding! Lauren's dress by far has been the awesomest, is that a word?, dress I have ever laid my eyes on! Lauren and I went to high school together so her wedding was almost like a class reunion. We par-tayed down at at the Cheehaw. Those snaps deserve their own post! So much fun!

Meet Rachael and Cody! We ran up to Macon to a park dowtown to make do some e-snaps. I am SO game for a new location!
Cody's parents were married in this same park and they have a lot of memories here. We had fun roaming around. Dangling below is Rachael's ring which is actually Cody's gmothers. Their big day is in October. Enjoy :)

We went to Seattle, then Jamaica, then Atlanta, then Warner Robins, then Macon..we have been everywhere but in blog world and I'm realzing that blogging is pretty important these days.

to justin and amanda lairsey. well not just yet.
these two are pretty important people in our lives. roger met justin when they worked in radio in ashburn. i believe justin was already dating amanda then. that was in 2004 and they have been together ever since, roger and justin and amanda ;)
we laugh so much with these two it's rediculous. i have just about started wearing depends everytime we get together b.c i almost wet my pants from laughing.
amanda's heart is so big for the Lord i'm just waiting for it to leap out of her chest one day. justin is...justin. he's funny and compassionate about everything he puts his hand to.
roger and i are so proud of you two; walking in the integrity of the Lord, seeking Him with your whole hearts.

there's no tellin how long or how fast a family session will go for. if it involves a two year old and they are anything like mine it's about an 30 minutes to an hour at the most :)
we had fun with mr. harley, ms. harley, izzy & "boondock" and only took about 30 min's to get some great shots of them. here are some of my fav's.
i may have to try these little min-e sessions more often ;)

and quiet at mark's. i met jade, her sister and mike out there sunday for an afternoon session and it was so nice not to have 50 million people out there :)
i really like mark's melon patch. it reminds me of my granny & papa's. they live on a big farm in the big town of sycamore, ga, i'll be going there tomorrow to eat lots of turkey then get really sleepy then go swing on the porch with my cousins and their kids. yum & fun. the older i get the more i enjoy spending time with my family.

i am many things. a christian, a wife, a mother, a photographer and a loan processor. this weekend i photographed my boss and his family who happen to be my friends as well. our children are almost the same age. our oldest share the same class at school and church and 2 of the other ones are almost the same age.

can we talk about pressure?? taking pictures of your friends is enough but your boss too?!?
add in temp. of about 35 degrees and no clouds in sight and you have a challenge :)

amazingly beautiful!!

we had the pleasure of shooting tiffany & andrew's wedding. their engagement session was one of our fav's so we were really excited about the big day and it was awesome! when we pulled up there were people every where who came to help prepare for a grand occassion. the music was playing, candles were everywhere people were laughing it was a blast. location was wilmill farms at the ocala house under the God's big oak trees. the flowers were beautiful, green roses?? i forget what he called them, derrell humphries does an amazing job! hair by Dennis at Artesien salon and i forgot the caters name but this was her last wedding; i guess she was saving the best for last.
they should be in europe gazing at the eiffel tower about now on their moon of honey

tears & snot...

i just realized that it's a whole lot harder to photograph someones wedding when you have a pretty close friendship with them....i got all choked up during the vows bringing on the snot and then i coulnd't see b.c of the tears....it was great!!!
deanna and daryl's wedding was perfect. it was in the middle of no where at a place called lizard lope lodge. weather was awesome and it was catered by "the back porch".
deanna's sister, jackie, the designer, flew in from new york with a very special gift. she designed d's shoes for her to wear with her dress. deanna's daughter is morgan who is a sweetheart. daryl's son is ben and well i'll hush now so you can see their memories....

i love you guys, you mean more to me than you know....

we have ever done 2 shoots at one time and it was great!!!!

kim and husband donnie and their daughter kylie (hope i spelled it right), came out with them. i love red heads!!! if i knew my hair would look this great red, i would color it in a heart beat! (get ready melissa :))

her sister courtney, kyle & kaiden, (hope i spelled it right), are such a cute little family! courtney and i went good ole' lee county high school together and we met back up at our awesome church, sherwood.

CRAZY! One of my best friends/co-worker/neighbor- Deanna, is crazy! She is getting married this weekend and we went, on our lunch break :), to the Veranda. Never been there to take pictures. It was interesting, middle of the day, high bright sun, but fun! We could be anywhere and it would be fun with Deanna. Her husband's name is Daryl and her last name will soon be Ditty.

We love children! We should, we have 3 boys of our own. We spent a few hours with the Talley's Saturday evening. Big family and lots of love.

On the way to good ole' Mark's Melon Patch I ran over a board that had a...yes you guessed it...a nail in it. So by the time I put my car in park my tire was just about flat :(

My father in love came out and fixed it for me. In the midst of our shoot my cell phone was ringing and I was so embarrassed! Thank you for your patience!
